The Sumatra Green coffee beans are dried in the back yard for an hour and then placed in sacks. These sacks sit piled on top of each other for 8 years. After the years of drying, the aged-green beans are then fire-roasted for the final result that we call aged organic Sumatra Coffee beans.

Tips: After the coffee package has been opened, please keep the remains in an airtight container and store at room temperature (away from any direct light & heat). For the best taste, please use the coffee that has been opened from its original package within 7 days.
